Went to visit Nana in Hiawatha today.

We hung out at the splash pad and the boys had a great time.

 After all the fun in the sun we headed back to Nana's for snow cones.

On Sunday after our visit I got a call from Nana and she was at the ER.  She had gotten hung up in the crazy rabbit fence and stopped her fall with her head and her arms.  I was able to get in the truck and head there after talking to her.  Went to the doctor with her the next morning to find out she needed pins in her left wrist and they wanted to do it that day.  It was a long day but she got the pins in and we finally got home about 8pm.  A friend of her came over to keep an eye on her that Monday night and help her with anything she needed and then Tuesday morning my crazy mom was at work!  Less then 12 hours after having surgery she was at work.  Pretty sure that was against doctors orders. 

***Update:  About 7 weeks after her surgery mom has healed and can start gaining back range of motion and strength again.  Oh and the day before her cast removal appointment she removed her own cast using a pruning sheers, Exacto knife and a pliers.
