HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MOMMY!

It is my birthday today so the boys are going to make me a cake.

(not always easy for mommy to sit back and let the boys make a big mess, but I did well today, and they had alot of fun.)

We got out the things we needed and I had Daniel look at the box and try to figure out what we needed to put in the bowl first.

 Oh yeah, and this isn't just any birthday cake, it is a Holiday confetti cake.

 They really did work well together for this whole project.

 Look, it's the cake!  We did it, we did it!

(Sammy jumping up and down on a chair, not a good idea)

 Mommy even let the boys so the dishes (only to have to redo them again later, but they didn't know that).

 So stink'in cute!

 Mommy moved the cake to the oven.  They loved watching it get bigger.

 Sammy got a bit excited at this point.  Telling me the cake was getting huge.

 mmmmmmm

 Daniel is decorating the cake by himself since Sammy took a nap and didn't feel so hot after waking up.  Still getting over his ear infection ick.

Take a close look...is that the Kruse concentration tongue sticking out?

 This must be the prettiest and most special cake this mommy could ever ask for!
