Creative play.

This winter has been challenging since we have been stuck inside so much already. I usually really love winter because the snow is so beautiful. However this year we seem to keep getting ice with our snow or very high winds. Therefore we are stuck at home alot and can't even go outside and play.

I have had to really dig in the cobwebs of my brain to come up with creative things to do to stimulate the boys every day. A few days ago we made this matching game with colored clothes pins and an egg carton. Then today we made squishy bags. One has aloe gel in it and we were checking out how it felt thick and cold. It has lots of bubbles in it too that Daniel thought was awesome. Another one has thin pudding it it. It was yellow at first and we watched it turn red after we put the food coloring in it. The last one was also pudding and in that one we put some elbow noodles and seseme seeds. The last one really feels odd and we have to find the noodles in it. Daniel had alot of fun. When Sammy got up from his nap we played with them with him and he just wanted to drop them on the floor over and over again.
